  I went in this store while in FL. Normally I do not care about how people run their business but this one takes the cake. The owner was talking to on the phone and swearing up a storm. I had my son (4 years old) and gave the owner a look to quiet down and he shot me back this ugly glare and started talking and swearing even louder! This place as I have seen from other reviews has a poorly trained staff in customer service and I suggest going to the UPS store instead. Pay more but get treated with an once of respect. The name of the loser owner? Bruce Bernstein from what was posted. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE

  This place does NOT receive ANY STARS!!!! HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE,HORRIBLE customer service! If you want to keep your money and valuable item, stay away from them. They lost my item that was worth over $700.00, in which I had to pay that money out of my pocket . I once went in there while trying to be reimburse for my lost item(I only received $100) that they lost , while doing so one of the co-workers had a nasty attitude w/one of the customers! They have a funny way of informing you about something they never once mentioned. I was told that the price of insurance was worth the same price as my item, and the later on told it was $14, HUGE jump! Coming from the owners mouth he said, "We go through this at least 10 times''. HMMMPH, you would think they would change their ways of handling business to better please/ assist the customers! I guess the customers are the last thing on their minds! I'm just thankful that T-mobile understood my situation, and replaced the money! All in all, never again, save your money and time! I would much rather spend more money with a company who has higher respect for their customers!

  I droppedf a package off to have it returned shipped. The clerck Chris was very helpful in getting everything reardy to go. It was return mail prepaid so they didnt really sell anything. Cost was like $6 for odds and ends. I was very satisfied
